dc.description.abstract | 為了修補破損玻璃而有火焰拋光術來將受損的玻璃進行處理,而此方式可以減少各方面的資源浪費,火焰拋光主要是將玻璃表面加熱熔融,玻璃自身的表面張力將受損的部位自行修補不需施加機械外力,但在加溫玻璃時,由於溫度分佈不均勻易於破裂,因此設計能讓火焰溫度均勻的噴嘴是火焰拋光成功的因子。 噴嘴設計流程是依照過去實驗的失敗結果訂出新一代的噴嘴需求,從需求中改良設計完成噴嘴,有了噴嘴後進行測試觀察,若達到需求則繼續搭配其他參數找出最佳拋光參數,若無法達到則必須回到功能需求繼續改進。 | zh_TW |
