dc.description.abstract歐美澳的玻璃刮痕塗鴉非常嚴重,本文為達成玻璃的刮痕消除創用火焰拋光法的新概念,利用玻璃隨溫度而改變的特性、控制玻璃溫度分佈,在其表面張力以及本身的流動能力牽引下,使刮痕重新癒合成新的表面,以達到消除玻璃刮痕的目的。本文的重點在建立模型架構方式與有限單元模擬,最後設計實驗來輔助軟體分析,其結果可用來作火焰拋光法的優化控制。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractScratchitti on the glasses of pubic utilities has become a common but serious problem in the United States, Europe, and Australia. In order to improve this problem, a new concept of the fire polishing method, using that characteristics of glass change with temperature, controls the temperature profile of the glass to “heal” the scratches due to surface tension and its own flow ability, which achieves the goal of removing scratches. The thesis stresses on the point of building the structure of models of FEM method, and designs the experiment to assist the analysis, coming out the optimization of control of the fire polishing method.en_US
