摘要: | 購併為本國近年來盛行的經濟活動,其目標在於因應更艱難、更具挑戰性的市場環境。
本研究之目的在於探討高科技企業合併前後留存員工的角色衝突與組織承諾是否有所差異?而主併公司和被併公司的留存員工,其角色衝突與組織承諾是否有所不同?本研究以某大型薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器面板製造公司為例,進行問卷調查,共獲得126份有效樣本,主要發現如下:
1.高科技企業合併後,主併公司留存員工的角色衝突降低,被併公司留存員工的角色衝突增加。
2.高科技企業合併後,主併公司與被併公司留存員工的組織承諾均增加。
3. 高科技企業合併後,主併公司和被併公司留存員工的角色衝突與組織承諾有所差異,被併公司留存員工的角色衝突大於主併公司留存員工,主併公司留存員工的組織承諾則大於被併公司留存員工。

The purpose of mergers and acquisitions is to get competitive advantages for companies. The purpose of this study is to examine the differences of the existed employees’ role conflict and organizational commitment after a high-tech company merger, also to examine the differences of employees’ role conflict and organizational commitment between acquiring firm and acquired firm. Making a survey of collecting 126 effective samples, the major conclusions we observed are as follows: 1.After the merger, the acquiring firm employees’ role conflict decreased, but the acquired firm employee’ role conflict increased. 2. After the merger, organizational commitment of acquiring firm and acquired firm increased. 3.There are significant differences of employees’ role conflict and organizational commitment between acquiring and acquired firms. The employees’ role conflict of acquired firm is higher than acquiring firm’s. The employees’ organizational commitment of acquiring firm is higher than acquired firm’s.
