zh_TW
In order to attain high efficiency in a hyper competitive environment, people have to be accustomed to multitasking in daily life. Previous researches emphasized the detrimental effects of inefficient multitasking, the reduced productivity improvements due to multitasking, and task errors determined by task complexity and experience. However, there’s little statistic evidence to bad multitasking. Although multitasking strategy could be improved through education and training, people’s performance under multitasking would not be as effective as those focusing on one task at a time. This research will be focused on impacts of inefficient multitasking on performance. We hope that the results of the experiment would encourage managers to change the current working mode, improving the organization productivity, and dispelling the myth that efficiency could be increased by multitasking.en_US
