dc.description.abstract台灣每年製造2 千多萬噸的事業廢棄物,成為重大汙染源,隨著經濟發展之僵局,廢棄物清理問題仍成為工業發展中一項重要卻不易克服之難題。因此本研究希能借由該「無機酸類工業減廢」M公司個案探討,以氫氟酸(HF)和硫酸(H2SO4)與其再處理所形成之氟化鈣和硫酸鋁等為例,透過關鍵成功因素、SWOT分析、產業價值鏈、競爭策略和專案管理等理論進行分析,並做為科技園區事業廢棄物再回收案例之說明,期望建構為該產業之研究模式,後續針對可行之解決方案進行探討。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractOwing to economy development, there are 200 million tons science park industry wastes in Taiwan, and being a critical huge issue. Therefore, this study applied industrial inorganic acid waste reduction as case study topic and took HF and H2SO4 for examples. We used key success factors, SWOT analysis, industry value chain, competitive strategies and project management etc. theories to analyze. Based on these, the study built a study model to explore case study and solutions.en_US
