dc.description.abstract本研究透過永續校園內涵了解交通大學現況,以世界性各大學優先推動項目節電進行探討,統計光復及博愛校區各館舍用電概況及成長率,調查交通大學館舍設備平均用電比例,分成五項照明占25.16%、空調占39.24%、研究占27.31%、其他動力占7.23%及電梯占1.06%。 用電量需要減少,必須投入節電改善工程成本,以汰換能源設備,以圖資中心、土木結構大樓等多棟館舍節電資料分析,節電投資成本效益建議以20-40萬元/萬度進行評估,也就是節電工程每投資20-40萬元可節省1萬度用電。 本研究同時建構一節電評估模式,主要透過新建館舍之新增用電影響、節電投資成本效益、節電工程投資、電價趨勢、節電政策(館舍節電比例)、過去用電資料等探討設定之節電目標與執行策略之效益及可行性。以交大「四省專案」節電目標55,450,242度進行評估,則100-109年館舍總節電比例至少為99年用電之三分之一(33.333%),減少量相當大,恐無法達到。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study discusses the implementation of sustainable campus in electricity-saving. The campus electricity consumption data of National Chaio Tung University from 2006 to 2012 were analyzed and the cost-benefit analysis was also evaluated. Replacing the equipment of campus buildings such as air conditioner and lighting (e.g., T5 or LED) can improve electricity-saving performance. This study also builds a electricity-saving model to evaluate the cost-benefit and feasibility of an expected EUI value of the electricity-saving target and strategies.en_US
