雲端應用對資訊部門及人員之影響-以A公司為例

Abstract

網路快速發展使得資訊傳遞方式有了重大轉變，透過資訊網路即可做到快速的訊息傳播，且網路上知識的傳播不再是單向的而是雙方互動的，使資訊科技產業發生重大的轉變，其中又以雲端科技最受到IT 科技產業或企業的重視。由於雲端科技能透過快速的網路、強大的運算能力及無法想像的儲存空間提供使用者各式各樣的服務，也能依不同使用的者需求進行調整，所以雲端科技應用成為資訊科技產業的熱門議題。 資訊科技進步快速，使得越來越多IT科技產業開始導入雲端科技，然而資訊IT資訊人員容易因為過時的科技或專業技術而感到威脅。尤其在面對雲端運算興起使資訊IT產業面臨資訊轉型時，使資訊IT產業的從業人員對先進技術之學習、認知及工作模式亦受到影響。而IT資訊人員在面臨科技的轉變時，是否已準備接受新科技的技術和相關知識，是否熟悉解雲端運算的相關概念，以及對未來產生什麼影響都是本研究主要想探動機。因此本研究透過深度訪談作為研究方法，並針對個案公司IT部門對導入雲端科技後，對IT資訊人員所產生的影響進行探討。 本研究訪談分析結果顯示，所有受訪者都認為資訊科技變化快速，若是不能隨時充實自己、學習新知識，隨時對挑戰的話將容易被業界淘汰，因此受訪者除了願意學習新事物且勇於面對挑戰外，也願意接受其他職位或工作領域的挑戰，因此雲端科技的導入反而對未來的生涯規劃有所幫助，不只能夠學習到新的科技和技術，對於未來在職務升遷和工作經驗上也更有幫助。

The reason why cloud computing technology can be hot topic for the IT industry is that it can provide unimaginable reserve space to provide various services and the adjustable requirements for different users due to fast speed Internet and powerful computation power. Due to the rapid progress of IT technology, there are more and more IT industries integrated clouding computing technology. However, people work in IT industries would feel it will threaten their professional skills which might be out of date. Especially when they are facing the transforming of technology; they are not sure whether they are ready to accept new skills and related knowledge of new technology or familiar with concept of cloud computing. Those are the main motives of the study as mentioned above. The research used in-depth interview as study method to investigate the influence of IT staff‘s future career transforms due to the integrated cloud computing technology into IT department in individual company. The research results indicate that the interveners all consider the rapid progress of information technology; they would be ruled out if they don’t learn and enrich themselves consistently and prepare to face challenging all the time. Therefore, they not only are willing to learn new things and face challenging but also willing to accept the challenges from different fields and positions. The integrated of cloud computing technology is not just helpful for future career planning but can also learn new skills and technology. Both of them are very helpful for promotion and work experience for the staff.
