第三方支付平台之可行性應用分析-以建築物室內裝修為例

Abstract

本論文主要探討第三方支付平台應用於建築物室內裝修服務之可行性。隨電子商務的蓬勃發展，帶動網路交易頻仍，同時降低了買賣雙方的交易成本，另一方面，建築物室內裝修工程的交易雙方因信賴基礎薄弱而遇到價金給付及資訊不對稱的問題。發展第三方支付服務，不僅應用於諸多網路消費行為，以滿足消費者及生產者之需求外，還避免發生交易雙方因資訊不對稱而糾紛，第三方支付服務形成明顯及強大之趨勢。 本文鑒於建築物室內裝修工程在價金給付機制及工程品質上往往缺乏信賴基礎，以及在裝修建材選料上消費者與生產者有極大資訊不對稱之情形。進而論述及探討引進第三方支付平台應用於建築物室內裝修工程時應能解決常見的交易糾紛。 依本論文分析建築物室內裝修及第三方支付服務平台之特性，以相關資訊及經濟理論研判，在引入第三方支付平台時，雙方交易結果可從不合作的囚犯困境引導至雙贏的合作賽局。 故本文強烈建議以中華設計裝修消費者品質保護協會所建立的交易機制為啟動平台，將第三方支付平台引入建築物室內裝修工程，以增加交易雙方之利益。

This paper plans for a procedure study on the feasibility of establishing the platform for third-party payment service provision for the use of in interior installation. The idea comes out of the development of electronic commerce through the Internet that reduces the transaction costs between the buyers and sellers. Because of the lack of trust, contracts on interior design and operation usually lead to problems involving payment, pricing-quality dispute, with various informational asymmetries. With the development of third-party payment platform, not only applied to online shopping, but also to avoid those problems of contracting. No wonder, the third-party payment service growths. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the building interior installation and third-party payment service platform based on information and economic theory. With our analysis, it is confirmed that introducing third-party payment platform makes the two sides create a win-win transaction results. The resulting inference is then to strongly recommend the development of the trading mechanism established, for example, by the Design & Renovation Consumer Quality Protection Association of Taiwan as a platform for third-party payment into the building interior cases to increase the interest of both sides of the transaction.
