摘要: 于此篇论文中,我们首先示范出一个四通道垂直共振腔体面射型雷射阵列搭载正交分频多功信号的传输结果。在100公尺的多模OM4光纤的距离下,我们成功的使传输速率达到60 Gbps,而在200公尺下,传输速率可以达到50 Gbps,300公尺下,可以达到超过40 Gbps,而在半公里的状况下,速率可以达到大于30 Gbps。而这些结果都是利用OFDM的bit-loading演算法配合一片4x1,850奈米波长的商用面射型雷射所达成的。
接下来,是探讨传输元件上的串扰效应,利用同时驱动两个雷射来传输讯号,来观察原本主要雷射的传输速度会不会因而受到影响。但是我们的结果表现出来比我们预期的好,当面射型雷射在受到串扰效应的影响时,表现并没有受到严重的影响,传输速度还是可以达到60、50、40、30 Gbps,分别在100公尺到500公尺的传输距离下。
In this thesis, first, we successfully demonstrate a four-channel VCSEL array for over 60Gbps (4x60 Gb/s) transmission over OM4 fiber of 100m, over 50 Gbps for 200m, 40Gb/s for 300m and over 30 Gb/s for 500m of transmission. Under OFDM format applying bit-loading algorithm with a commercial 4x1 850-nm VCSEL array.
Next, after the single VCSEL transmission, we turned on the neighbor VCSEL and did a crosstalk test. The transmission performance under the affection of crosstalk of two VCSEL working simultaneously did not drop severely. The data capacity of each transmission can as well reach to 60 Gbps, 50 Gbps, 40 Gbps and 30 Gbps for transmission distance from 100m to 500m.
