評量工業區競爭力之數量模式： 以印尼為例

Abstract

發展工業園區是一項有效透過環境配套以提升製造業營運效率與競爭力的方式。過去已有許多研究是以公司企業本身的角度討論其競爭力，然而文獻中鮮少有探討工業園區競爭力的研究。因此本研究以部分財務及非財務的績效指標為基礎，對於工業園區競爭力因子與績效指標的關係做綜合性的探討，建立評量工業園區競爭力之數量模型。另外，本研究所提出之模型，將可以協助歸納出影響工業園區績效表現的關鍵因素。本研究以印尼的工業園區為案例，因此所提出之模型分析結果，可以提供建議與指導方針給相關政府單位與工業園區的利害關係人，以推動印尼工業園區的發展與進步。

Developing Industrial Parks (IPs) is one of the important and effective ways to create a supporting environment to reach efficiency and to improve competitiveness for manufacturing industries. The competitiveness at the firm level has been extensively studied before this study. However, only few research works investigated the competitiveness of industrial parks in the literature. Based on several financial and non-financial indicators, this study formulates a quantitative model to comprehensive explore the relationships between the indicators and the drivers of the competitiveness of IPs. The proposed model would assist in identifying significant factors that may affect IPs’ performance. This study employed IPs in Indonesia as the instances in our case study. Our analysis from the proposed model may bring up with recommendations and guidelines to the related government agencies and IPs stakeholders to improve the development of IPs in Indonesia.
