dc.description.abstract近幾年來隨著節能減碳意識興起,各國陸續推行綠色政策,帶動LED各項應用產品增加,以及電視尺寸放大趨勢,使LED在背光用量增加,擴大背光市場需求;同時LED廠商紛紛將目標加碼在極具潛力的照明市場下,產能需求逐年快速成長。但同時在價格日趨下降壓力下,因此產業間日益競爭激烈狀況,各LED封裝廠莫不致力於提升產能和成本控制。 本研究運用TOC觀念為基礎,針對影響個案公司產能達成率和產生飄移瓶頸的原因作分析,並提出對策:平衡WIP流量、調整派工排程作對順序,與建立緩衝管理,以期藉此改善產能管理績效。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWith the rise in recent years, saving energy and reducing carbon awareness, countries start to implement green policies, promote the application of LED products increased, and the trend of TV size is enlarged, so that the increased use of LED backlight, backlight expanding market demand; while LED manufacturers have been the target overweight in the lighting market with great potential, capacity requirements grow rapidly year by year. But while declining in price pressures, and therefore between the increasingly competitive industry conditions under each LED packaging factory did not dare committed to enhancing productivity and cost control. In this study, TOC concept, based on that affect the case company capacity reached rates and causes drift bottleneck for analysis and propose a solution: Balance WIP flow, adjusted dispatching schedule against the order, and the establishment of buffer management, to thereby improve productivity management performance.en_US
