摘要: 無塵室內裝系統工程包含天花板、隔間庫板、高架地板、防振基座及無塵設備等工項,係控制無塵室潔淨及微振等級之基礎,惟實務上常見未完成圖面設計即進行施工之現象,造成施工過程變更設計頻繁、重複施工,且平行工項介面不清等問題。本研究以統包廠商角度,透過文獻回顧、案例分析及專家問卷等方式,探討無塵室內裝系統工程工程投標、設計及施工階段之常見問題及管理策略。 回顧國內有關高科技廠房無塵室工程之相關研究文獻,大部分僅止於與建築工程有關之介面探討或是無塵室之現場施工管理,惟對於佔整個無塵室工程建置成本較高之內裝系統工程,卻少有深入探討,為此本研究搜集及分析國內高科技廠房之案例,整理出內裝系統工程在投標、圖面設計及施工階段中所產生之常見問題。本文在案例分析研究發現,這些常見問題確實主要乃因工期被強烈壓縮所引起。因此本研究蒐集實務上之案例並透過問卷調查及專家訪談方式,整理出有關統包商參與無塵室內裝系統工程所常面臨之問題與研擬一套管理策略,以減少變更設計及重複施工之發生機率,並提升施工效率及品質。
Cleanroom interior construction includes ceiling, partition, raised floor, anti-virbation foundation, and cleanroom equipment, which controls the foundation of cleanliness and vibration monitoring of the cleanroom. Nonetheless, in practice, it is common to see that construction starts without complete graphic design, causing the construction process to undergo frequent changes of design, rework, and unclear interfaces. The study takes the viewpoint of Turkney company and applies literature review, case analysis and expert questionnaire to discuss the commons problems and management strategy of cleanroom interior construction in project tender, design, and construction phases. Most of existing studies are limited to the discussion on the interface related to construction projects or the site construction management of cleanrooms. Very few studies have conducted in-depth analysis on the interior construction that accounts for higher costs of the entire cleanroom engineering establishment. The study thus collects and analyzes the cases of domestic high-tech cleanroom by sorting out common problems resulted from interior construction in tender, graphic design and construction. Based on the case analysis, the work discovers that the common problems are mainly triggered by strong compression of project schedule. Therefore, the study collects practical cases and sorts out questions commonly faced by turnkey companies participating in cleanroom interior construction through questionnaire survey and expert interview. Furthermore, this investigation proposes several management strategies that can reduce the occurrence of design changes and redundant constructions, leading to a chance to improve construction efficiency and quality.
