摘要: 本論文研究在於利用水熱法製備奈米銅線,並根據各項製備參數的調控製備出高品質、高產率之單晶奈米銅線。實驗結果發現,在反應物莫耳數比NaOH:Cu(NO3)2:EDA:N2H4 = 3000:1:22.2:6.6、反應溫度70℃,反應時間2小時為最佳化條件,可製備出線徑約80 - 90 nm、線長約40 - 50 μm、長寬比大於400及產率高達85 %之單晶奈米銅線。在葡萄糖感測的應用上,靈敏度可達約300 μA/mM,偵測極限為5 μM。在表面增強拉曼效應的應用方面,該製備出的奈米銅線對Rhodamine 6G之濃度偵測極限可達至10^-7 - 10^-9 M,優於多數文獻之10^-5 M。此水熱法製備奈米銅線快速、簡便、適合工業化量產,深具產業利用的潛力。
Preparation of copper nanowires by hydrothermal process is studied in this thesis. By regulating reaction parameters, single-crystalline copper nanowires of high quality are obtained in high yield. Experimental results show that under the optimized reaction condition which lies in the molar ratio of NaOH/Cu(NO3)2/EDA/N2H4 = 3000/1/22.2/6.6, at reaction temperature = 70℃, and reaction time = 2 hours, the single-crystalline copper nanowires with 80 - 90 nm of diameter, 40 - 50 μm of length and aspect ratio over 400 were produced with 85% product yield. For the application in glucose sensing, the sensitivity reaches 300 μA/mM and the detection limit is 5 μM. For the application in surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS), the detection limit of the produced copper nanowires reaches 10^-7 - 10^-9 M, which is superior to 10^-5 M reported in most literatures. This method of preparing copper nanowires is facile, suitable for large scale synthesis, and with great potential in industrial application.
