dc.description.abstract本論文將提出對於使用PIN 二極體設計出一單刀四擲高頻開關,利用高頻的二極體模型先設計出單刀單擲再合成一單刀四擲之高頻開關。利用原本的四個通過臂可以達到多個天線的極化方向,再利用鄰近的兩個通過臂的二極體同時導通而合成新的天線的極化方向,以取代一般單刀多擲時需要的零件數量以及印刷電路板的面積。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, we use the PIN diodes to design a SP4T RF switch. Use the PIN diode model at RF to design a SPST RF switch, and then combine the four SPSTs into a SP4T RF switch. In practice, we will connect an antenna to each arm of the SP4T.Originally, it has only four beams in this structure, but as we combine those two nearby beams, there will be new directions of polarization between each two passing arms. The concept can reduce the amount of components and the PCB size.en_US
