摘要: 本研究利用電泳沉積法將聚苯乙烯次微米球排列成最密堆積的膠體晶體模板,再將模板浸潤到所需材料的前驅物中。透過溶膠凝膠轉換反應將前驅物轉換成所需的材料,接著藉由熱處理將材料燒結成型,聚苯乙烯次微米球也在熱處理過程中被移除。透過溶膠凝膠法,碳、二氧化矽和有機修飾二氧化矽反蛋白石結構成功地被製備。藉由掃描式電子顯微鏡、遠紅外線光譜儀、熱重分析儀、氮氣物理吸附儀等分析儀器,做不同材料的反蛋白石結構特性深入探討。
We employ an electrophoretic deposition (EPD) technique to fabricate colloidal crystal templates (CCTs) based on the packing of polystyrene (PS) microspheres with negligible defects, followed by the infiltration of precursors of desired materials into the interstitial voids among the PS microspheres. The precursors transform to the final products via a sol-gel reaction. Subsequently, the removal of PS microspheres and the formation of desired inverse opaline structures are conducted by a heat treatment. The carbon, silica, and organically-modified silica (ORMOSIL) inverse opals (IOs) are successfully synthesized. The microstructures of IOs are characterized by SEM, FTIR, TGA, and nitrogen physisorption studies.
