dc.description.abstract我們在小光束端泵浦摻釹釩酸釔雷射中觀察到不尋常的自發輻射行為。我們在實驗上也證明了在簡併腔位置自發輻射的輸出功率會比非簡併腔位置高。從單模速率方程式的定性分析,我們可以得到在簡併腔位置的β(自發輻射的耦合效率)和1/tf (1/tf 是自發輻射的衰減時間)比非簡併腔位置的值大。另外,我們也觀察到了被修正過的自發輻射的場形。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe queer spontaneous emission behavior of an axially pumped Nd:YVO4 laser is observed under a small pumping spot size. We experimentally demonstrate that the output power of spontaneous emission in degeneracy cavity is larger than in non-degeneracy cavity. From the qualitative analysis of single mode rate equation, we conclude □ (the spontaneous emission coupling efficiency) and 1/tf (tf is the spontaneous decay time) at degeneracy is larger than at non-degeneracy. In addition, we also observed modified spontaneous emission pattern.en_US
