摘要: | 企業在引進一項管理制度時,通常會以專案的方式來進行,而在早期企業通常是一次導入一項管理制度,而隨著競爭環境的變遷,企業所面臨到的競爭壓力也日趨激烈,因此,有些企業爲了增強本身的競爭力,開始導入一個以上的管理制度,來增強其企業的能力。因此目前在業界也開發了一些軟體,用來輔助多個專案在不同地點、同個時間進行時之人力、時間及資源...的分配。在實務界上,也已有企業分階段因應企業的需求,分別導入不同的管理制度。
而本研究所思考的方向,即為是否可以在一個專案之下,同時的導入兩個管理制度,藉由此種手法使其能夠達到在投入面(資源面:時間、人力、成本)有1+1<2的效果,以及在產出面(品質效果)有1+1>2的效果;此外,也是否能夠藉由結合兩種以上之管理制度,來使得管理手法更加的完善。
本研究藉由文獻整理,試著建立企業界『單一專案同時導入單一管理制度』之模式,再藉由多專案導入多管理制度之文獻參考,提出管理制度共構之概念,將兩管理制度之關係歸類出三種模式(互補型、完全相關型=包含型、部分相關型),而本研究也針對上述三種模式提出兩種方案,以便企業高層進行導入時程之規劃。而在單一單一管理制度之模型下加入管理制度共構之概念後,建立出『單一專案同時導入雙重管理制度』之模式。
最後,再以一電機業公司,透過本研究建立『單一專案同時導入雙重管理制度』之模式,藉由實作過程的經驗及深入觀察,回饋到本研究『單一專案同時導入雙重管理制度』之模式,並反覆檢討與修正,期望藉由這個實作的個案,得出一個完整的結果,並對學術界及實務界有所貢獻。 Enterprises, while introducing a management system, will usually in a way of project, but enterprises usually introduce one management system once. However, with the changes of the competitive environment, the competition is fiercer and fiercer. Therefore, Enterprises in order to strengthen their ability, they must to introduce more than one management systems. There is some software; to help the projects can go on at the same time. And there are some enterprises, introduce some managements systems stage by stage to meet their need. And my research direction is that, can be under a project which have two management systems to channel into an enterprises at the same time. And in this way to achieve the result of 1+1<2 in the respect of time, manpower and cost;and have the result of 1+1> 2 in the respect of quality; In addition, can be by combining the management system of more than two kinds, the perfection making to manage the tactics too. For literature review, the study tries to build a model of "introducing single management system under a project". And propose the concept of "Combine between management systems" from the literature of muti-project. The research generalizes the relation between two management systems" three types (complementary, perfect correlation, some relevant), and this research also proposes two kinds of schemes to these three types, in order to help the management planning. The model, introducing single management system under a project, becomes "introducing several management systems at the same time under a project" after adding the concept of "Combine between management systems". This model, introducing several management systems at the same time under a project, also reviews and revises through a real case. And hope it makes some contribution to academia and enterprises. |
