台南花市的資料倉儲建構及其共整合分析

Abstract

在此篇論文中共有兩個主要的目的。一是設計及實作台南花卉批發市場資料倉儲系統，其次則是針對三個區域花卉資料倉儲的花卉價格進行共整合分析。現今台灣共有四個花卉資料倉儲分別為台北、台中、彰化及台南花卉資料倉儲。與其它花卉資料倉儲比較，台南花卉資料倉儲有兩個主要的特點，分別是六碼的供應人代碼及共享的權限控管方式。在本研究中，提出一個特定的資料轉換方式解決供應人六碼代碼的問題，而在權限控管系統上，由於硬體限制因此與台中花卉資料倉儲採行共同管理機制。此外，在本篇論文中並針對市場間的價格單一法則的經濟意義進行探討。亦即由各區域市場的觀點來看，每日花卉批發市場中的花卉交易實際上僅是一些具統計時變程序特性的時間序列資料。但從台灣整體的觀點來看，政府關心的是每日花卉批發市場間的花卉交易是否滿足價格單一法則。在計量經濟學中，價格單一法則的假設常利用共整合分析技術進行檢定。因此在本篇論文中，蒐集台北、台中及台南花卉資料倉儲的花卉資料進行比較分析。而檢定的結果解決了許多花卉產業人士長期困擾的難題。

There are two main goals in this thesis. One is to design and implement a data warehouse for Tainan Flower Wholesale Marketplace. The other is to do co-integration analysis for flower prices from three regional data warehouses. Nowadays, there exist four flower data warehouses in Taiwan: Taipei, Taichung, Changhua, and Tainan. Two salient feature of Tainan data warehouse compared with others are its six-digit coding system for suppliers and shared access control method. As a research result, a specific data transformation method is proposed for solving the coding problem, and its access control system is shared with the Taichung data warehouse due to the limitation of hardware. Moreover, the economic interpretation of Low of One Price (LOP) among marketplaces is explored. In other words, the daily flower transactions in each marketplace are essentially a non-stationary time series from a local viewpoint. But from an island-wide viewpoint, the government is more concerned about the satisfaction of LOP. In econometrics, the LOP hypothesis is usually tested through the co-integration analysis. Also the flower data fetched from Taipei, Taichung, and Tainan data warehouses are compared and analyzed. The testing results solve many puzzles which confused the people in flower industry for a long time.
