台灣無線區域網路(WLAN)射頻晶片設計公司經營策略之探討

Abstract

本論文研製之經營策略分析以探索性個案分析台灣地區無線區域網路射頻晶片設計公司因應技術演化與產業競爭可以採取的可能策略方案以提昇其營運績效，分析結果顯示透過策略聯盟的方式以核心技術能力與策略夥伴共同開發新一代系統模組產品最能夠創造多贏的結果，同時提昇個案公司自身的營運績效。

A procedure is carried out to conduct an explorative case study of the strategies a Taiwan WLAN RF chip design house can take to improve its overall financial performance. The analyses reveal that strategic alliance on new generation product developing based on existing core technology strength provides a multiple win scenario, also improves the financial performance by an attractive factor.
