dc.description.abstract | 電子產業TFT/LCD廠商為了維持本身之競爭力,唯有不斷的增加投資,持續擴充產能,方能維持其競爭力,因此產業之電腦整合製造(CIM)部門於建置系統時,將面臨資訊量擴張過快、使用者不斷提出新的需求、以及提供之資訊太過分散等問題與挑戰。本文主要運用Web Service技術於分散式資料倉儲系統之建置,解決上述CIM部門建置系統所面臨之問題。將工廠資訊分類為跨廠區與單一廠區之資訊需求,採用分散式資料倉儲系統架構,使用Web Services於單一廠區之資訊整合,僅將跨廠區的資訊需求集中整合於資料倉儲之中,可以有效解決因資訊量擴張過快而面臨之硬體設備升級等問題。本文使用TFT/LCD產業之Cell製程問題分析案例,以說明運用Web Service技術於分散式資料倉儲系統建置之效益。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In order to maintain competive advantages, the TFT/LCD manufacturers in the electronic industry must be continuously increasing investment level and expanding productability. As a result, the industry’s CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) department, at the time of establishing the system, is likely to face a couple of problems and challenges such as fast data volume expansion, increasing requests of new demands and scattered information provided. This article mainly employs Web Service techniques in the establishment of Distributed Data warehouse System to solve the above problem faced by the CIM department. The approach requires categorizing factory data into a Cross-factories Section and a Single Factory Section to meet information needs based on Distributed Data warehouse Systems. The information needed by the Cross-factories Section is collectively integrated into the data warehouse. This work uses Web Services to integrate information from the Single Factory Section. This approach effectively solves hardware-upgrading problems caused by hasty information expansion. This article uses the TFT/LCD industry’s Cell Process Problem Analysis as an example to illustrate the application and effects of Web Service techniques in the establishment of the distributed data warehouse system. | en_US |
