摘要:	本論文描述如何設計金氧半壓控震盪器。討論如何利用單顆電感切換感值來達到dual band的效果。LC壓控震盪器使用TSMC 0.18um CMOS製程，並經由Ansoft designer作EM分析跟ADS做電路驗證 Design of CMOS Voltage-Controlled Oscillator(VCO) will be investigate in this thesis. We will discuss how to use one inductor to increase tuning range and achieve dual band. The LC tank VCO is implemented using TSMC 0.18um process. This simulation results with ADS and Ansoft designer.
