dc.description.abstract本論文主要針對奈米碳管層的機械性質,以奈米壓印的方式進行表面探測,而以掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM),及雷曼分析儀(Raman Spectrum),負載-壓深曲線(Loading-Displacement Curves)等各項檢驗的結果來說明以奈米壓印的方式進行奈米碳管層的硬度以及楊氏係數的量測對碳管有何影響,以及壓印試驗本身如何影響碳管機械性質量測的行為。 結果顯示碳米壓印在量測的過程對於碳管的表面產生側向擠壓,及碳管層本身束狀的稻草結構,使得量測出的楊氏係數以及硬度產生大幅的下降,另外以鍍上銅的碳管層做為比對,發現側向擠壓的情況更為明顯,硬度以及楊氏係數下降情況更為嚴重,因此,若以碳管層本身作為欲量測物,比須做出更精確的條件設定,因為雖然探管本身具薄膜性質,但是壓印頭的形狀以及壓力增加了量測的變數,故未來欲量測碳管層的機械性質,必須建立一套新的量測標準,而非以現今的奈米壓印技術量測之。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis thesis is discussing mainly about how to detect the facial mechanical properties of Carbon Nanotube layers by indentation methods,then to observe the Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)、Raman Spectrum、Loading-Displacement Cruves;and see how the indentation test itself affects the results of the hardness and modulus measurements. The result shows when in the indentation process,the indenter squeeze the Carbon Nanotubes to the side;and also because of the fasciation structure of the Nanotubes,the hardness and the Youngs modulus have an obvious decrease.In the case of the copper spluttered Carbon Nanotube layers,the decrease of Hardness and Modulus is more obvious,which also explains the toughening behavior of the layers.Thus we know,though the Nanotube layers have thin film properties,but the shape of the indenter and Nanotube layers affect the detection itself.If we want to detect the facial mechanical properties of the Nanotube layers,there must derive a new standard of detection instead using the thin film NanoIndentations we are applying nowadays.en_US
