摘要: | 本論文主要之目的,是利用三種不同類型的共振腔,以交錯耦合型帶通濾波器的設計架構,去設計中心頻率為1.8GHz的高溫超導濾波器。目前已將中心頻率為1.8GHz的帶通濾波器製造在1×1cm2的鋁酸鑭(LaAlO3)基板上。由量測結果顯示,此元件具有低插入損耗、高反射損耗及窄頻帶邊緣陡峭的優勢,有應用在無限通訊工業的濳力。 In this thesis,three kinds of resonances are used to design cross-coupled high-temperature superconducting (HTS) microstrip bandpass filters with center frequency 1.8GHz.A HTS microstrip filter have been fabricated on 1×1cm2 LaAlO3 substrate. From the measurement results,the adventage of low insertion loss,high return loss and sharp narrowband edge skirts are attractive candidates for wireless communication Industry. |
