dc.description.abstract | 在醫學和生物研究上,常常需要從特定影像上得到一些重要的資訊,例如神經與其他神經交換訊息時產生蛋白質的影像。在該影像中有交換訊息的地方會有白點產生,稱為puncta。而本論文提出利用snake method、ICP演算法與match filter為基礎,發展出一個探討puncta與腦神經生長關係的工具。 | zh_TW |
