摘要: ISO/IEC 13250標準中規範的主題地圖 (Topic Maps) 是一套用來組織資訊的方法,提供最佳的資訊導航。Topic Map 將物件不論是一具體存在的物質或抽象的概念,皆統稱為主題。依據主題屬性描述,進而組織與此主題相關的所有資源,並依據彼此間的關係,建構出一資訊主題地圖,並可從層層的關聯中迅速找到和這個主題相關的其他主題。 本研究的目的是利用主題地圖的觀念來規劃人力資源管理的知識庫架構,運用主題地圖的主題和關聯的概念為已存在傳統關聯式資料庫的各分散資訊主題之間建立連結,並透過資源指引,將相關資源與其主題結合,並導引使用者能夠以不同角度切入主題概念,找到所需的相關資料。
The Topic Maps of regulation in ISO/IEC13250 standard is a method designed to organize the organizational information and provide the best information guidance. In Topic Maps, all objects no matter physically exist or simply an abstract concept are represented as topics. According to the descriptions of topic attributes, enterprise can organize all the information related to the topic, and then locate the information. Moreover, relevant topics and their associations are constructed, such that relevant topics can be located rapidly through the associations. This thesis uses the Topic Maps to deploy a human resource management system. The concept of topics and associations is used to build up a connection between all the separated data of existing relational data center. The proposed system combines relevant data sources to provide the associations of data sources to their relevant topics. The system also provides guidance to help users find needed information through the constructed topics and associations of human resource data.
