摘要: 本研究主要目的在探討我國跨領域學程之背景、目的、實施現況,並綜合學者對跨領域學程之想法與建議,據以作為各校跨領域學程相關決策之參考。   為達研究目的,本研究透過文獻分析與問卷調查蒐集資料,針對全國公私立大學進行調查,研究對象包括各校之行政主管與教師,寄發電子問卷,共計發放606份,回收之有效問卷117份,以SPSS12.0 For Window 中文版之統計套裝軟體進行ANOVA統計分析及相關事後檢定,並進行質性訪談,以求深入瞭解。根據文獻分析及調查結果與結論,本研究對教育行政機關、大學、學生,以及後續研究者之建議如下: 壹. 對教育行政機關之建議 ㄧ、跨領域學程制度的認可:(一)鼓勵各校依據學校特色、區域性、學生需求等,開設跨領域學程。(二)請專業人員對跨領域學程相關問題進行深入研究。(三)將跨領域學程的相關規劃及成效列入大學評鑑項目。 二、輔導:(一)讓專業人士對無經驗但有意願成立跨領域學程的大學給予實務上的幫助。(二)對較無意願的學校應輔導其逐漸接受跨領域學程的趨勢及理念。 貳. 對大學之建議 ㄧ、跨領域學程的規劃與實施:(一)衡量學校資源和師資結構開設優質的跨領域學程。(二)著重課程的整合,使其達到「跨領域」的精隨。(三)對願意進行跨領域課程教授的老師予以特別的「肯定」。(四)讓證書能如同證照般的效用。 二、學生的輔導:(一)校方應與教師共同幫助學生找出學習的興趣及志向,讓學生能明確找到未來發展方向。(二)對學生的修讀動機應要有所了解。(三)提供先修課程。 参.  對學生之建議 (一)把握跨領域學習的機會,藉以拓展興趣及想法。(二)先備知識的攝取。(三)強烈的企圖心和熱誠。 肆. 對後續研究之建議 一、可針對不同區域之大學跨領域學程、不同領域及教師專長、或是將焦點集中於某一研究標的,以質量兼備的方式進行分析與比較研究。 二、本研究亦牽涉教學情況、學生反應、學程成效等問題,涉及層面甚廣,皆值得後續研究者繼續探討。
The purpose of this research is discussing the context,purpose,and current conditions of cross-curricular program, then to make suggestions to education administration authority, universities, and students. In order to attain the research purpose, this research through the literature review, analyzes data with questionnaire, and in-depth interview. A total of 606 questionnaires were sent to sampled administrators and teachers in public and private universities.117 valid questionnaires, and ANOVA through the static software of SPSS version 12.0 were used. Based on literature review, questionnaire survey, and in-depth interview, the suggestions to education administration authority, universities, and students are as follows: 1.Recommendations to education administration authority(1) to encourage each school according to the school special features, local area, student need etc., set up cross-curricular programs;(2) to ask professional to research the problem of cross-curricular program;(3) to take the practice and result of the cross-curricular program into University Evaluation item;(4) Let professional to give the help of the actual situation which inexperience but have intention to wish to establish cross-curricular program;(5) Should guide the school without intention,and let the school accepts the trend and the principle of the cross-curricular program gradually. 2.Recommendations to national universities(1) to measure the school resource and teachers structure to set up the cross-curricular program;(2) to pay attention to the integration of the curriculum to reach a meaning of "interdisciplinary" (3) to give to〝bounty〞 additionally to the teacher who would like to carry on the cross-curricular program;(4) Let the certificate is as useful as license; (5) should help students to explore their direction of development in the future;(6)to understand motion of students(7)provide preliminary courses 3.Recommendations to students:(1)to catch the chance of the interdisciplinary learning;(2) to study prior knowledge;(3)to be attempted and passionate 4. Recommendations to the following researchers (1) to research cross curricular program with different area of universities, field, and professional specialty of teachers, or focus on a purpose of research, by qualitative research and quantitative research ; (2)to research the situation of teaching, feedback of students, result of learning etc.
