摘要: 本論文以一般商業用IC產品製作升壓型電源轉換器電路作為研究對象,並建立相關電路之數學模型。其中,脈波寬度調變控制電路採用一般商業化設計常用之TL494 PWM IC製作。本論文之主要目的為探討當升壓型電源轉換器電路的系統參數發生改變時,系統發生雙週期分叉甚至是混沌現象之可能成因,並藉由下列方式驗證系統會發生分叉現象:(1)以取樣資料方法建立電路數學模型並計算系統可能之分叉點;(2)建立Isspice軟體之升壓電路模型並模擬系統的分叉現象;(3)建構電路之狀態方程式並應用Matlab/Simulink軟體模擬系統可能之分叉現象;(4)經由實際電路之實驗以驗證分叉現象發生之條件。
In this thesis, an off-the-shelf product TL494 PWM IC was used to design pulse-width modulation control circuit for boost type converter. The major goal of this thesis is to study possible bifurcation phenomena appearing in the boost type converter. From the analysis, the period-doubling bifurcation was found as system parameters varying, which might produce a series of period-doubling bifurcations and then result in a chaotic behavior. Such phenomena have been verified by the following procedure: (1) Construction of the mathematical model via sampled-data approach for the calculation of the bifurcation points, (2) Circuit simulation by using Isspice software to establish circuit model and simulate system’s nonlinear phenomena, (3) Construction of state space transfer function of boost type converter, which is then used to do the system simulation via code Matlab/Simulink, and (4) Experiment validation for verifying analytical and/or numerical findings.
