dc.description.abstract隨著社會漸漸邁入高齡化社會,對於生醫方面發展也越來越受重視。為了我們的研究在長QT併發綜合症(LQTS )的貢獻,與醫院在心電圖波形通過檢測不規則延長QT間期,低價與快速設置十二導程心電圖機胸帶研製。而且一般多通道的心電圖信號處理裝置已經整合並經過測試。該裝置構成有類比電路和微控制器,可以用來傳送測量信號給電腦。軟體程式是由VISUAL BASIC發展監測和計算測試心電圖信號項目,可以用來幫助心臟病診斷各種心臟疾病。實驗結結果指出目前系統可以有效地降低電極放置時間與低電極誤放率,在操作和測量心電圖信號中可以大大降低成本。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe development of biomedical engineering becomes more and more important as our community gradually enter the aging society. In order to contribute our research in Long QT syndrome (LQTS) with hospital by detecting an abnormally prolonged QT interval in the electrocardiogram (ECG) waveform, a low price, fast setup 12-lead ECG chest strip was developed. Furthermore, a general multi-channel electrocardiograph signal processing device has been integrated and tested. The device consisted of analog circuit and micro-controller that can be used to transmit measured signals to PC. A software program based on Virtual Basic is developed to monitor and calculate test subjects’ ECG signals that can be used to assist cardiologists in diagnosing various heat-diseases. Experimental results indicated that the present system can efficiently reduce the electrodes placement time with low electrode misplacement rate which can greatly decrease the cost in operating and measuring ECG signals.en_US
