dc.description.abstract鈣鈦礦結構的三元鹵化物是目前頗受注目的紅外線非線性光學材料。本文是我們利用化學合成的方式合成非線性材料(RbxCs1-x)GeBr3( X = 0 , 0.25 , 0.5 ,0.75 , 1 ),並對其進行特性量測。從XRD及EPMA的量測可知在x=0及x=1時,其量测結果和資料庫及理論模擬相符。晶體藉著紅外線穿透光譜、拉曼光譜量測結果顯示出通光範圍約為(0.6μm~47μm)。由光致發光量測(PL)晶體並估計其能隙。最後利用粉末二倍頻量測得知,在x=1時,並未量測到有效非線性係數,其餘晶體之有效非線性係數分別為4.40、1.96、1.51和1.46。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe Perovskite structure of ternary halides are noticed for nonlinear optical applications in infrared. We have successfully synthesized the new nonlinear materials (RbxCs1-x)GeBr3( X = 0 , 0.25 , 0.5 ,0.75 , 1 ) by using the chemical synthesis method. From the results of XRD and EPMA,we prove that x=0及x=1 results have a good agreement with JCPDS and ab inito. The measurements of FTIR、Raman spectrum reveal the transparency range(0.6μm~47μm). The measurements of PL spectrum reveal the band gap. According to the powder second harmonic generation signals, we obtain the effective nonlinear coefficient 4.40、1.96、1.51、1.46 and 0 .en_US
