dc.description.abstract | 本篇論文以可溶性高分子聚乙二醇為載體,利用微波加速合成進行反應,實驗主要內容第一部份為合成出bis(benzimidazole)化合物分子並且修飾其官能基,建立起分子庫。第二部份為合成beta-Carbolines分子庫,利用酯化與Pictet-Spengler反應,再經過醯化反應及環化後,則可得到多樣化的beta-Carbolines分子庫。第三部份是合成出具有Quinoxalinone分別與Benzodiazepine和Indole結構結合的化合物,並且修飾其官能基,建立起分子庫分子庫。第四部份是合成具有廣泛生物活性的天然物穿心蓮內酯衍生物。 | zh_TW |
