摘要: 本研究共分為兩大部分,第一部分為製備二維、三維之TiO2孔洞性陣列,第二部分為製備二維鉑金屬 (platinum,Pt) 碗狀陣列。 第一部分,為利用PS奈米球在水溶液和大氣的界面進行自組裝 (self - assembly) 的方式,得到二維、三維之PS陣列;接著再以溶膠凝膠法 (Sol - Gel method),利用單層或多層之PS陣列作為模板來製備TiO2孔洞性陣列,並去探討其在光催化方面之特性。 第二部分為製備二維鉑金屬 (platinum,Pt) 碗狀陣列,為利用化學電鍍之方法。首先仍為利用PS奈米球在水溶液和大氣的界面進行自的方式,得到二維、三維之PS陣列;接著再以化學電鍍之方法,用ITO導電玻璃作為電極,將Pt還原至基材上PS和PS間之孔隙中而得到Pt 的碗狀陣列 (nanobowl arrays),並去探討其催化之性質。
This research could be divided into two major parts. The first part is to prepare two and three - dimensional porous TiO2 arrays, the second part is the fabrication of two - dimensional platinum nanobowl arrays. The First part is the fabrication of two and three - dimensional PS arrays by the self - assembly of PS nanospheres between the interface of atmosphere and the aqueous solution; then utilize the Sol - Gel method, using monolayer or multilayer PS arrays as template to prepare porous TiO2 arrays, and discuss its photo activity. The second part is to fabricate two - dimentional platinum (Pt) nanobowl arrays by electrochemical deposition method. We still utilize PS two and three - dimensional PS arrays as template; ITO conductive glass as electrode, and we use electrochemical deposition to reduce Pt in the interstice between PS arrays and the substrate to obtain Pt nanobowl arrays, and discuss its characteristic of catalysis.
