摘要: 本本文以一國小初任女教師的角色描述自身在擔任導師時所經歷的衝擊與挫折,並從中發現主流的教育觀(菁英主義、管理主義)如何局限自身對教育的看法。進而透過自我敘說的方式,重新回頭去檢視自己過去的生命歷程,發覺存在於內心的框架,因理解而與自己和解,放下對父母、外在人事物的不滿與質疑,同時展開學習接納真實自己,使自己內在更加完整。
The article depicted the strike and the frustration that a beginning female teacher experienced. When I was a beginning elementary school teacher, I found how the main stream of education ( elitism and managerailism) limited my viewpoints of education. In the way of self-narration, I inspected my life again, and discovered the inner frame of mine. After I realized how the frame influenced on me, I forgave myself, and released the discontent with my parents and the world. Finally, I learned to accept my true self, and let myself to be a whole.
