摘要: 在主機板的試產過程中,在主機板的生產材料來源主要分為兩大類,一類是屬於已驗證並登錄於系通中的合格供應商(qualified vendor),這類材料透過該公司所採用的物料規劃系統(Material requirement planning, MRP)來做生產備料。另一類則是屬於尚未登錄於公司電腦系統的供應商(non-qualified vendor, NQV)採購而來。生產所需的材料是否齊全,往往會影響該產品是否能照原計畫生產的主要關鍵,若生產材料不能照原計畫到達生產線,就很可能造成該主機板的出貨時間受到延誤,間接影響主機板驗證開始時間,造成整個產品開發的時間有所延誤,更嚴重者會造成產品不能如期上市。 為了讓每次試產能準時開始,QV或NQV材料都要準時到達產線,QV材料透過MRP系統去做管控,備料上很少有問題,但關於NQV的材料部分,在個案研究公司的生產過程中,有多次因為NQV材料沒準時到達,使得主機板試產延誤,造成投入更多金錢或資源,才能讓該專案趕上原本的發展計畫時程,專案發展過程也曾因為NQV缺料,而無法準時送出樣品,因而遭受客戶責難。 為了改善NQV備料達成率不佳的問題,透過本論文研究和個案研究公司人員訪談結果,建構適合個案研究公司的資訊分享系統,透過資訊分享系統,改善NQV的備料達成率,讓該公司的試產計畫能更準時開始,個案公司能達成出貨按照原計畫的承諾,讓產品發展時程不會因為試產時間延誤而造成對該產品發展時程有所影響,進而增加該公司生產線的使用率,也間接提升該公司客戶的滿意度,驗證依本論文所建構資訊分享系統對於主機板試產備料有所幫助。
In the pilot run production of the development process of motherboard, there are two major sources of production material. One source of material is provided by qualified vendors (QV) that have been verified and registered in the company’s system and the other source of material is provided by non-qualified vendors (NQV) that have not been verified and registered in the company’s system. In order to realize the production schedules as they are planned, it is a must to get the required materials ready on time. Typically in a company, material from QV is usually planned and controlled by the material requirement planning system (MRP system). There has been no standardized procedure to control the material provided by NQV. If materials fail to arrive at the production line on time, it is very likely that the shipping schedule would be delayed. Consequently, the verification schedule of the motherboard would also be influenced. As a result, the whole development schedule of the product would be delayed. For the worst case, it will delay the product launch time to the market. In order to keep each pilot run on time, both QV and NQV materials have to arrive at production line on time. Since QV materials are controlled by MRP system, they almost arrive at production line on time. However, for the case company, there are many delayed pilot runs due to that the NQV materials were not arriving at production line on time. To improve the readiness of NQV material in the pilot run, this study standardized the material preparation process of the NQV material and constructed a customized information sharing system for the case company. Through this information sharing system, the NQV material readiness is significantly improved hence the case company is more likely to start pilot runs on time.
