摘要: 在半導體產業中存在著許多複雜的製程步驟及控制,我們知道這所意涵的意義並不僅僅只是單純的原始資料而已,這些資料必須要被轉換成為有效的資訊,才能協助提供有效的工廠管理。製造執行系統資料倉儲(Data Warehouse for Manufacturing Execution System)是將許多不同的製造執行系統方案做資料整合,提供一個有效且具彈性的統一性資料倉儲系統,提供工廠相關的工程分析資料與線上的即時狀況,成為第一道防線去防止危機的擴散。在此研究中,建構了(1)整合不同的製造執行系統的資料模組(data model);(2)建構跨廠區的統一關鍵績效指標(Key Performance Indicators,KPI);(3)建構一個高度及時性的資料倉儲ETL(Extraction Transformation Loading, ETL);與(4)建構一個多維度、高標準性、高彈性、高擴充性的報表系統。
In semiconductor manufacturing, there are many complex processes and controls which need to be implemented. Implicitly, it means that data of concern is not merely just those in their raw forms. They have to be transformed into useful information so as to assist a better performance of efficiently managing the fabs. Data warehouse for manufacturing execution system provides an integrated, efficient and flexible solution to handle the heterogeneous MES data. It also provides the relevant information to users in timely fashions and becomes a fist line prevention against escalation of consequences from abnormal events. In this research, we archive the goal as below: (1). Integrate the different MES data models to a logical data model; (2). Provide the cross-fab and integrated key performance indicators; (3). Provide a real time ETL (Extraction Transformation Loading, ETL); (4). Provide a multi-dimensional, standard, flexible and extendable reporting system.
