dc.description.abstract本文擬就台灣上市櫃公司中私募股權基金已入股的六家公司-東隆五金、萬泰銀行、台新金、玉山金、日盛金、中鼎工程為分析之實驗組, 另於所有上市櫃公司中經篩選後選擇四0一家公司為實驗之對照組進行分析,這個分析, 研究將選取 2003~2006年間,針對個別公司體質、現金流量狀況、產業之競爭地位、 研究發展之投入、 企業生命週期、 是否過度多角化經營、企業營運績效、 是否低本益比, 做一個別分析, 並由此分析中歸納出其共同的特色, 來觀察私募基金對台灣上市櫃公司投資標的評選之重點, 並由此結果結論私募基金在台灣之投資行為與歐美國家不同之處。zh_TW
