dc.description.abstract | 產品在設計或製造階段,其過程無論如何嚴謹,在使用過後,多少都會出現瑕疵或是使用不順遂的情形,使用者希望能有管道可以反映這些情形。公路也是一樣,台灣地區地狹人稠,尤其在交通量較大之處,路面經過反覆使用,路面材料必會產生疲乏之現象,當路面產生損壞時,用路人也希望能有便捷的反映管道來提醒相關單位注意,並希望透過通報窗口可以立即進行改善,以避免影響下一個用路人。本研究的目的即藉由縣道110線公路養護事件通報的實際處理情形,證明在施行「自動化系統管理」之後,可以得到較好的成果。 本研究透過文獻回顧,對於路面損壞成因、損壞處理對策、以及公路巡查機制做深入探討及分析,再藉由公路主管機關目前公路養護管理策略、以及進行路面損壞成因、事件通報來源、通知修復對象等資料調查的結果,可以清楚得知各類調查資料之分配比例,以及公路養護目前管理上所遭遇之困難,作為後續探討以「自動化系統管理」可使公路養護再精進之依據。後再以「自動化系統管理」所研擬之精進方法與目前政府所推行之相似系統進行比較,以了解彼此間之優勢,並作為系統再改善之依據,並可利用此系統推廣至公路養護其他管理層面上。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | No matter how rigorous the products was made during the course of designing or making, the flaw would appear more or less after using. The users hope there will be some channels to reflect these situations, same as the highway. It is crowed in Taiwan; especially those places of the large volume of traffic, the road pavement material will produce the fatigued phenomenon through repeatedly using. When the road pavement is damaged, the users will hope to have convenient reflection channels to remind relevant unit's attention, and hope to receive the maintenance through the reporting windows immediately, in order to prevent any impact from the next user. The purpose of this research is to prove that will be a better achievement after implementing “ the automatic system management “ by the actual treatment situation of the reports on maintenance incident notifies of Line 110 highway of county road. This research uses literature review and makes a thorough discussion and analysis toward the highway damage causes, damage processing countermeasures, as well as road inspection system. Moreover, research on the road controlling organization’s present highway maintenance management strategy, origin of highway damage causes, event message sources, apprise repaired object and so on, such data collecting may clearly know the proportion of investigation materials, as well as difficulty in present highway maintenance management, all above are the basis of progressing highway maintenance by "the automated system management". Furthermore, by "the automated system management" draws up it to strives the method and compare with the present government’s similar system, help to understand the superiority between each other, become the basis of system improvement, and promote this system to the other management division of highway maintenance. | en_US |
