dc.description.abstract | 台灣隨著環保趨勢漸盛, 各項要求產業更改作業與生產流程的聲浪也日漸高漲; 對於台灣經濟掌握強大影響力的非半導體產業莫屬, 其中又以晶圓代工產業的產值最高最具影響力。 然而相對於對該產業產值的高度關懷,卻明顯忽視對於該產業所帶來資源消耗與環境汙染等問題. 對於半導體的晶圓代工產業來說, 上游的設備廠商掌握了代工製程的最大技術來源, 也就是說晶圓代工的製程技術想要有所突破非靠與上游設備廠商的技術配合不可, 故此研究的最主要內容將針對晶圓代工的設備廠商的綠色供應鏈管理之創新採用意願與其中影響因素去分析與了解。 本研究以半導體前段設備供應商為研究對象, 經由問卷調查方式探討企業採用綠色供應鏈管理的意願與影響因素。本研究架構係整理創新擴散理論中創新接受之相關文獻取得「相對利益」、「相容性」等變數; 並再區分為「創新認知特性」、「外部環境因素」、「組織內部因素」三個影響構面以探討半導體前段設備商採用綠色供應鏈管理的影響因素。調查結果發現在綠色供應鏈管理的創新採用影響因素方面, 「可觀察性」、「政府鼓勵政策」、「製程效率改良」有相對性顯著影響力; 而「相對利益」、「可試用性」、「相容性」在「創新認知特性」構面上得到最高的加權影響力評比, 「政府鼓勵政策」、「權益關係人的影響」、「政府法令」在「外部環境因素」構面上得到最高的加權影響力評比, 最後在「組織內部因素」構面上, 「管理階層的支持」、「改善與增加公司形象」、「企業內部文化」得到最高的加權影響力評比。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Taiwan has facing an issue that Semiconductor industry has been the most productive industry meanwhile it consumes the most of nature resource. The purpose of this study is to discuss the innovation adoption of Green Supply Chain Management by Semiconductor Foundry Equipment Manufacturers. This study aims to give ideas regarding the influence factors on Semiconductor Foundry Equipment Manufacturers to adopt such a Green Supply Chain Management strategy into their business operations. This research candidate is worldwide Top 20 Semiconductor Foundry Equipment Manufacturers. And, through questionnaire, this study discuss about the intention of Green Supply Chain Management innovation adoption. The research structure is based on Innovation Adoption theories’ literature review and then generates variables, and then cross-sectional evaluate three main dimensions of “Innovation Adoption characteristics”, “external Environment dimension”, and “Internal Organization dimension” to analyze the influence factors affecting Semiconductor Foundry Equipment Manufacturers to adopt Green Supply Chain Management. | en_US |
