摘要: 波浪發電為極具潛力之海洋能利用方式。以離岸波浪發電機而言,其佈放位置為 開放的海洋,隨著季節變化其所接收之輻射熱能將有巨大變化,因此對機組之溫度產 生影響;另外,由於海洋波浪具不同之運動模式,也將影響機組內部之熱對流現象, 進而影響散熱結果與機組性能。根據目前初步計算顯示,在冬季與夏季時波浪發電機 組之表面溫度差異可達 45 ˚C 以上,而表面熱點之溫度將更高達 75 ˚C 以上。此種現象 將影響內部熱對流現象,並使熱能較不易從表面散失。而隨著未來波浪發電機組之功 率逐漸上升,在此密閉腔體內之高功率元件將造成更嚴重的散熱問題。 本計畫將使用一實驗模型模擬波浪發電機組內部腔體,利用改變腔體外圍之溫度 模擬太陽輻射熱能之影響;另外將設置一振盪平台以模擬波浪運動對熱對流之影響。 實驗參數將參考台灣周圍之太陽輻射熱能與波浪條件,並以與工研院合作之波浪發電 機組為設計實驗腔體之依據,使得實驗數據能應用於台灣未來開發相關波浪發電系統 之參考。
Wave power generation has great potential in the ocean power technologies. For the offshore wave power generator, it is usually distributed on the ocean. The thermal radiation varies in different seasons, and the temperature of the system is also affected. Besides, the heat convection is influenced by the different oscillation modes of the ocean waves. The above factors affect the heat transfer and thermal efficiency of the wave power generators. Based on the preliminary calculation, the difference of temperature on the surface between summer and winter could reach 45˚C, and the temperature in the hot summer time could exceed 75˚C. These phenomena will influence heat convection inside the system and hinder the heat transfer through surrounding walls. With the increasing power of wave power generators in the future, these high power components will cause severe heat transfer problems inside the system. This proposal uses a test section simulating the chamber inside wave power generation system. The effect of thermal radiation can be studied by controlling the surrounding temperature of the test chamber. Also, this test chamber will be mounted on an oscillation system simulating the ocean wave motion. The experimental parameters will be selected based on the thermal radiation and ocean wave conditions in Taiwan. The configuration of the test chamber is based on the wave power generation system collaborated with the Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan. The results obtained in this research could be used to help the development of the wave power generation systems in Taiwan.
