| dc.description.abstract | 我們利用不同的方法成長矽、鍺奈米微粒在多孔矽內、在多孔矽內將 Er3+離子電鍍入內,進行初步結構鑑定與分析檢測。在光學性質、奈米結構 及電子能態性質量測方面,本計畫包含了變溫拉曼光譜、光致螢光、穿隧 式電子顯微鏡以及兆赫光波等量測。奈米材料之大小相應的尺寸效應、維 度效應、發光機制以及聲子頻譜,是我們希望觀察並研究的現象。 | zh_TW |
