國道替代道路路況資訊擴充之研究與實作

Abstract

省道肩負著國道替代道路的使命，但在國道發生壅塞時，用路者卻往往無法得知省道路況，而可能錯失其選擇最佳路徑的機會，不但影響用路者行車品質，更影響整體道路的使用效率，並增加社會成本。為了擴充省道路況資訊，本研究擬探討國內客、貨運輸或其他具規模車隊作為探偵車的可行性，並實際彙析探偵車之行駛資訊，進而轉換為省道路況資訊；另一方面，傳統蒐集路況資訊之偵測器，多直接引進國外產品，不但價格昂貴，其維護及相關技術都受限於國外，爰此，本研究將研析國內研發偵測器的可行性，並探討研發偵測器可能面臨的相關課題。本研究期望藉由固定式偵測器及移動式探偵車議題的探討，建立未來省道路況蒐集的方式及機制，另為了將所蒐集資料提供給民眾及加值業者使用，本研究同時將建置速率資訊蒐集、處理及發佈的平台，提供網際網路式之路況(速率)資訊顯示系統。

The provincial highways serve as important alternatives for national highways. However, the lacking of traffic condition on these provincial highways is a must address issue for improving the efficiency of transportation system. The goals of this research include: (1) studying the feasibilities of using related vehicle as probe vehicles to collect traffic information, (2) developing the core techniques of developing economic vehicle detectors, (3) studying a web-based platform of collection, exchanging, processing, and broadcasting traffic information.
