dc.description.abstract由於海龍系列滅火系統在去年年底(12.31.2003)完全禁止生產,既有系統的海龍系列藥劑一旦使用完後,即不得再填充相關藥劑,因此必須進行替代的先導性的使用研究。根據本計畫第一年的研究以及目前使用的狀況,細水霧系統、傳統撒水系統及CO2系統為其中可選擇之替代選項。因此本年度計畫將分別選定符合台灣現況且急需解決之傳統撒水系統及CO2系統之防護對象,進行與細水霧系統效能的比較與分析。目前所規劃之防護對象有二,分別為氣體渦輪機與中度危險場所,至於各防護對象之實驗包括有:無任何防護手段(當作比較基準)、高壓/中壓細水霧、灑水、CO2等四種防護手段,若經費充裕及時間足夠則可再進行通風影響之試驗,所以基本上至少有十次火災試驗。主要目的為希望經由本計畫之執行,來比較細水霧系統、傳統撒水系統及CO2系統之優劣,以工程手法解決台灣現況所急需解決之火災防護問題,亦可做為防火系統選用之依據。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe Halon-related agents are completely forbidden to produce by the end of this year (2003). At the present time, it is not allow to refill such agents anymore if they are consumed. Therefore, the advanced research studies for replacements should be carried out as soon as possible. According the conclusions obtained by the first-year planning research and the present application situations, the possible candidates include water mist, sprinkler and CO2 fire protection systems. Therefore, the present project proposes to carry out a series of systematic fire tests to evaluate and compare the performance for these three systems mentioned above. Two scenarios are specified in advance, and they are the Gas-turbine Engine room and the medium dangerous field, respectively. The test conditions are (1) no fire protection system, served as the reference case; (2) high-pressure water mist system; (3) medium-pressure water mist system; (4) sprinkler system; and (5) CO2 system. The main purposes are to fully understand the advantages and disadvantages of the respective system via these experiments, to resolve the urgent fire protection system problems due to the abandoned Halon system, and to provide the recommendations for an equivalent or better replacement based on the experimental results.en_US
