dc.description.abstract | 本研究為三年之計畫,目的是以堰塞湖形成機制與類型出發,分析天然壩穩定性,並考慮破壞機制形成對主河道下游之土石流洪水等二次災害之研究,堰塞湖處理可能引致災害防治對策的研擬,並制訂救災避難具體作業模式。經濟部水利署水利規劃試驗所有鑑於國內以往對於堰塞湖之成因、預測、及堰塞湖形成後之監測、預警及處理尚無有系統之研究,自九十一年至九十三年研擬委辦”堰塞湖引致災害防治對策之研究”計畫,其中第一年度計畫已依採購法經由公開評審,由交通大學防災工程研究中心執行此研究案。第二年計畫亦由交通大學防災工程研究中心執行,主要係研究堰塞湖災害評估模式庫系統建立及探討堰塞湖與河川型態相互影響作用等。 | zh_TW |
