dc.description.abstractPlasma beam alignment technique for OCB mode was first adopted in this study. Different exposure time of OCB cells were fabricated with sheet-like accelerated Ar+ plasma generated from anode layer thruster (ALT). Fast response time (3.3 ms) was revealed and has the potential for OCB mode LCD to replace conventional rubbing process.en_US
