| dc.description.abstract | 本研究以熱融法將聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate, PC)溶入環氧樹脂預聚合物中(DGEBA epoxy prepolymer),再加入脂肪族胺類硬化劑,藉以製備環氧樹脂---聚碳酸酯摻混物.在摻混系統的硬化過程中,脂肪族胺類硬化劑與環氧樹脂分別可進行環氧基開環反應(ring-opening reaction)與醯胺化反應(transamidation),兩個反應可能會相互競爭,影響摻混系統的最終結構.在摻混系統的化學性質研究方面,本計畫將選擇適當的模擬物種(modelcompound)來模擬摻混過程所進行的化學反應.藉由紅外線光譜(IR)及核磁共振光譜(NMR)的鑑定,真實摻混系統中所發生的化學反應將得以確認.在摻混系統的物理性質研究方面,本計畫將探討不同製備過程,不同鏈長之胺類硬化劑,及不同胺類硬化劑反應性對硬化物熱性質,機械性質的影響. | zh_TW |
