| dc.description.abstract | 本計劃將藉由研究體積相位耦合光柵(volume phase gratingcoupler)的特性與傳統多輸出光學連 接方式,設計出一種利用基片型全像結構的新 型且輸出分佈均勻的多輸出光學連接模組 (massive fanout optical interconnection module),並利用光 感高分子(photopolymer)與自製的重鉻酸銨明膠 (DCG)等全像材料,製作所需的耦合光柵以完成基 本元件的測試與應用;本計劃的主要目的是研 究晶片組與晶片組(chipset to chipset)),介面板與 介面板之間或介面板內(inter-or intra-board optoelectronics interconnects)光學連接系統的雛形架 構(prototype)的可行性,來解決光學連接中光訊號 分佈時,傳統多輸出光學連接架構組裝不易,輸出不均勻及效率不高等問題;此一模組的發展, 可以改善未來高速多晶片模組(multichip module)內 ,介面板與介面板間或介面板內的光學連接等 所需的光訊號分佈,連接,也可運用於光學計算 中所需的多輸出光學連接. | zh_TW |
