dc.description.abstract | 木材已經廣泛使用於建材,但其來源日漸短 缺,導致最近價格迅速上漲.質輕、堅硬且具木 紋感之異形押出發泡產品已經漸漸取代木材作 為建材.此提呈研究計畫擬以ABS為材料發展並 探討一合適的製程來製造此種發泡產品.計畫 中主要研究包括材料配方、流變性質、發泡機 構、製程單元設計、加工技術及各種加工變數 對產品品質(包括產品密度、表面品質、發泡 結構及機械性質)的影響之探討. | zh_TW |
