dc.description.abstract細胞分子尺度的生物系統面臨劇烈的漲落及噪聲,此計畫將對這種小尺度系統的動力學,熱力學及非平衡統計性質進行探討。內容包括聚合物的熵力、不均勻離子通道分佈的神經訊號分岔、生物sensor 的測不準極限、水的瞬時震盪模局域非局域相變、電偶極系統的隨機共振及自旋系統的自旋遲豫、生物馬達的效率、酸敏感離子通道的動力及熱力行為、生化網路的熵增速率。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractCellular and molecular biological systems are usually subjected to significant noises andfluctuations. This project is devoted to studying the dynamic, thermodynamic, and non-equilibrium statistical properties of these microscopic systems. It incudes the entropic forces of polymer translocation, ion channel heterogeneity induced bifurcation of signal dynamics in neurons, the measurement uncertainty of biological sensor, the localized-delocalized transition of instantaneous normal modes, stochastic resonance of electric dipole systems, relaxation of spin systems, the efficiency of biological motors, the dynamics and thermodynamics of acid-sensing ion channels, and the entropy production of biochemical networks.en_US
