dc.description.abstract | 本計畫將規畫兩年的課程來為產業界培育風力發電的研發人才, 第一年由國內從事風力發電系統研發的學者專家開授風力發電相關的課程,其中包括風力發電相關國際規範的介紹、風力葉片開發(葉片流場分析、葉形設計與效率評估、葉片結構分析與設計、葉片製造及修補技術、可靠度評估與試驗) 、發電機研發(磁場及頓轉扭矩分析、散熱設計、電壓與電流模擬分析、效率評估) 、電控系統設計(轉換器、整流器、穩壓設計、充電器、併網與儲電), 藉此系列課程以奠定參與學員在風力發電的良好基礎, 並使其具備研發風力發電的能力。本系列課程分五單元,每單元授課時數(含試驗時數)各為30小時, 另規畫綜合實驗6小時,練習風力發電系統的組裝與整合。 第二年為進階課程將邀請國外(如丹麥、德國、美國及大陸地區)的學者專家來臺開授短期密集課程、參加風力發電研討會,並在會中發表專題演講與討論特定課題。本年度的課程仍分為五個單元, 每單元授課時數各為12小時, 另舉辦兩次各為期一天的研討會,邀請國內外產學專家參加,發表其研究成果並與學員研討。學員們在接受完第一年的培訓後, 應有良好的基礎來與國外的作深入的研討, 不單可得到溝通能力的練習及尋找合作機會,更可藉此多了解國外在風力發電的發展狀况 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This is a two-year project purposed to educate engineers to be able to do R&D in the field of wind power. In the first year, a series of courses offered by the local wind power experts is arranged and used to build the good foundation for the attendees to conduct R&D in the field of wind power. The courses cover the important topics in the R&D of wind power systems including the international wind power standards and codes, development of wind blade (CFD analysis,design of blade shape and efficiency assessment, structural design and analysis of blade, fabrication and repair of blade, reliability assessment and testing). Each 30 hours course comprises in-class teaching and experimental work in lab. An addition 6 hours experimental work is planned to teach the attendees to learn how to assemble and integrate a wind power system. In the second year, more advanced intensive courses are arranged for the attendees. Foreign experts from Denmark, Germany, USA, and China are invited to offer intensive courses or give talks on wind power. Five intensive courses will be offered and two international workshops will be organized. The attendees can discuss with the foreign experts and learn their experiences in the classes as well as in the workshops. | en_US |
