dc.description.abstract本計畫共四年,本年度為第一年計畫,主要內容:1.水質淨化技術資料蒐集與探討,包括:港區水質調查與分析、水質評估方法研擬、水質淨化技術資料蒐集、水質淨化技術探討等。2.訂定港灣生態環境評估準則包括:港區植生調查與分析、研擬港區陸域生態環境評估準則、港區浮游生物調查與分析、研擬港區水域生態環境評估準則等。3.訂定生態性港灣水中結構物設計準則,包括:港灣水中結構物生態特性資料蒐集與探討、國內港灣水中結構物生態特性調查、國內適用之設計準則擬定等。4.港灣環境景觀營造技術資料蒐集與探討,包括:港區結構物設施營造技術分析、親水設施營造等。5.擬定港灣景觀美質評估準則及進行分級評估,包括:擬定適用於國內港灣環境景觀美質評估因子、建立景觀美質分級標準及經營管理措施等。本研究成果可以做為工程、景觀、生態三者不同科技領域的整合之經驗培養。更可作為以後花蓮港、台北港以及其他港口擴建時環境營造發展的重要參考資料。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis project will be implemented in four years time, for this year, it will be the first year of the plan. The primary content of includes: 1.Technical Information for water purification and investigation include: the investigation, analysis, and the formulation of water evaluation method for harbor water, collection of technical information of water purification, and the technique investigation with regard to water purification. 2. As for the stipulation of criteria for environment evaluation of harbor ecology, they encompass: investigation and analysis of harbor vegetation, formulation of environment evaluation criteria for land ecology within harbor area, investigation and analysis of plankton within harbor area, and the formulation of environment evaluation criteria for water ecology within harbor area. 3. Of the stipulation of design criteria for water structure in ecological harbor, they embrace: the collection of ecological information and investigation of water structure in the harbor, the investigation of ecological features for water structure within domestic harbors, and the formulation of design criteria that can be used on domestic utility and application. 4. For the collection of technical information and investigation of landscape construction for harbor environment, they have included: information collection and investigation, analysis of construction technology for structural facilities in harbor area, and the construction of water-intimacy facility. 5. As for the evaluation criteria and the conduct of classified evaluation for landscape evaluation of harbor, they have encompassed: stipulation the evaluation factors for landscape evaluation applicable to domestic harbor environment, establishment of classified benchmarks for landscape , and the proposal of various levels of measures for operation and management. The results of study can be considered as the cultivation of experiences that are integrated from the three respective technical areas as engineering, landscape, and ecology. Furthermore, it can be based on as an important reference for Hualian Port, Taipei Port and other ports in their development of environment construction when they are to port expansion in the future.en_US
