dc.description.abstract企業組織經由不同的來源管道獲取資訊。文獻中的研究顯示,組織的資訊來源會對 組織的學習與表現產生影響,如組織網絡關係中較弱的聯結比較強的聯結所提供的資 訊,對組織學習與創新有更大的助益。本研究計畫主要的目的在探討不同來源的資訊對 企業工作團隊內資訊分享活動的影響。文獻中亦有研究者發現在實驗情境中,工作團隊 內的知識分享活動對團隊的問題解決表現沒甚麼助益。本研究的另一目的是要在實際的 組織情境中,探討工作團隊內的知識分享活動是否會對工作團隊的知識吸納與團隊績效 產生影響。本研究亦要探討,團隊的問題解決活動是否會中介知識分享活動對團隊的知 識吸納與績效的影響。 本研究將以訪談法及問卷調查法,對製造業、高科技產業、金融與其他服務業中的 工作團隊收集質化與量化的資料。本研究所收集的質化資料將做為發展相關變數的測量 指標及修正研究假說之依據,量化資料則將用於假說之檢定。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractOrganizations acquire information from different sources. It has been found in the literature that the characteristics of the sources of information have effects on organizational learning; for example, the information from the weak ties of social network facilitates more organizational learning and innovativeness than the information from the strong ties. The main purpose of this project is to examine how the type of knowledge sources affects knowledge sharing within work teams. Researchers in the literature have also discovered that in the laboratory situations, knowledge sharing in work groups did not help the groups solve problems. Another purpose of this proposal is to study the issue of whether knowledge sharing enhances knowledge absorptive capacity and performance of work teams in the real organizational situation. The proposal also wants to examine whether the effect of knowledge sharing on the learning and the performance of work teams is mediated by problem solving activities of work teams. We will use interview and questionnaire survey to collect qualitative and quantitative data from the work teams in the manufacturing, high-tech, finance and other service industries. The qualitative data will be used to derive the measurement indices for the variables in the proposed hypotheses and to modify the hypotheses. The quantitative data will be used to test the hypotheses.en_US
